Product Characteristics
  • Improves wettability of carbon black pigment and shortens dispersion time
  • Reduces floating color separation
  • Prevents carbon black pigment from reaggregating and stabilizes color spread/tone
  • Reduces viscosity of carbon black
Applications
  • Especially recommended for stable acid and neutral carbon black pigments
  • Suitable for solvent, solvent-free, adhesive, PVC plastic and color masterbatch
  • Does not contain plasticizers and suitable for applications in contact with food
Recommended Dosage
  • Titanium dioxide: 1-3%
  • Inorganic pigment: 5-10%
  • Organic pigment: 10-25%
  • Carbon black: 15-50%
For optimal performance, the additive must be well mixed with the abrasive before adding the pigment.
Packaging & Storage
Available in 25KG and 50KG plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. When unopened, storage period is 2 years.
